Sales Manager
Hi there,
We are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to join and expand our team, primarily focusing on leading and driving revenue growth. Through a thorough and extensive training program with your mentor, you will have the opportunity to grow and advance in a fast-paced environment.
You need to be a critical thinker with excellent English communication skills who doesn't shy away from a challenge. Work on Monday to Friday for 8 hours between 6 AM - 6 PM PST Time (choose your hours within that timeframe).
Role Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and preserve relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
- Collaborate with other team members to pinpoint potential clients and guarantee they receive suitable follow-up and support
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth
- Inspire, guide, and encourage the sales team to attain and surpass their objectives
- Recruit, onboard, and foster the professional growth of sales representatives
- Manage the sales pipeline, guaranteeing accurate and timely reporting
- Create and strengthen relationships with key clients to maintain long-term partnerships
- Analyze market trends and adapt sales tactics as needed to remain competitive
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement changes to optimize efficiency
- Communicate promptly with Supervisor every day
- Assist and support with ad hoc tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales or account management roles, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership position
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Analytical and strategic mindset
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Must enjoy working remotely with MINIMAL hand holding
