Federal
Start - up Visa Business Plan

These organizations are willing to fund these start-ups if they can demonstrate that they have a viable business idea. In order to obtain a mutual agreement, a highly professional business plan is required.
Self - Employed Visa Business Plan
Self - Employed immigrants with at least two years of employment within the last five years in one of the following industries: culture, arts, sports, or recreation; are eligible for the Self - Employed Visa program.
Applicants must submit a detailed, accurate and thorough business plan that demonstrates the viability of their business.
Intra - Company Transfer Visa Business Plan
The Intra - Company Transfer visa program permits international companies to send temporary qualified employees to establish or grow their Canadian branches, subsidiaries or affiliates. The Canadian government aims to attract experienced professionals to enhance the competitiveness within the Canadian market.
Successful applicants will be granted work provisions to establish or grow the proposed business in the province.
LMIA Owner Operator Business Plan
The main purpose of the LMIA Owner Operator program is to provide a secure route where foreign business professionals can enter Canada to purchase an existing business in Canada. The businessperson is required to work in a managerial position for the same business, usually in order to immigrate permanently.
Once the visa is issued, the applicant will be required to become an employee of the company. Here, the company is required to pay the applicant a median wage for the proposed role.
LMIA Exempt C10 - IMP International Mobility Program -Significant Benefit Business Plan
The Significant Benefit LMIA Exempt work permit requires the applicant to create a neutral or positive impact to Canada's labour market. Here, the applicant needs to demonstrate a clear social or cultural benefit to Canada which is noticeable and clearly distinguishable.
In order to be successful, the government official will objectively assess the applicant track record including: prior education and experience which prove that the applicant has been recognized as a leader in their field.
As part of the application, the applicant needs to outline this track record as well as substantiating the intended goals that will generate a positive contribution to Canada.
LMIA Exempt C11 - IMP International Mobility Program - Entrepreneur Business Plan
The Entrepreneur or Self-Employed LMIA Exempt work permit is tailored towards applicants who aspire to commence or acquire a business in Canada that will create economic stimulus or advancement of the Canadian industry.
For this program, it is important to note that the applicant must be able to demonstrate that they will have the incentive to depart Canada when the business has successfully been established or when the work is finished.
As part of the application, the applicant needs to demonstrate the economic benefit the business will create, as well as control a minimum of 50% of the business in question. The business plan needs to clearly show that the applicant has taken steps to initiate their business in Canada.

British Columbia BC PNP Base Stream Visa Business Plan
Immigrants who aim to start a business in the province of British Columbia are encouraged to apply for the British Columbia BC PNP Visa program. Applicants must provide a business concept and business plan during the first stage of the application process, which accounts for 40% of this stage.
In the second stage, applicants are requested to submit a detailed business plan with evidence for the claims they made earlier about the overall potential of their business in the province.
British Columbia BC PNP Regional Pilot Visa Business Plan
The BC PNP Regional Pilot program is a new immigration pathway for foreign nationals who are looking to establish and run a new business in smaller communities across British Columbia. Here, the business must be established in a community fewer than 75,000 people and located more than 30 kilometers away from a metropolitan area.
Participating communities outline the type of priority sectors that are able to apply, and each community has unique application requirements to comply with. Generally, a business concept or business plan is required in order to be invited for an exploratory visit.
Alberta AINP Visa Business Plan
The Alberta AINP Self-Employed Farmer Stream is specifically designed to attract individuals with the intention to set up a farming business in Alberta. This stream aims to stimulate the economic development of the province.
Applicants must demonstrate farm management skills and sufficient financial resources to invest in a primary production farming business in Alberta.
Manitoba MPNP Visa Business Plan
